Navy Secretary Ray Mabus said Tuesday that 20-year-old Lance Cpl. Donald Hogan

Donald Hogan, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2009.
Mabus was speaking in front of the new barracks at Camp Pendleton will be named Hogan, who is from nearby San Clemente, California Barracks will house wounded soldiers in the war and they rest. There will be enough space for more than 1,000 Marines.
Hogan was killed in Helmand province in 2009 in Afghanistan while on patrol. The rifleman has volunteered to put metal detectors that day and help search for explosive devices.
